Frozen in Time

I finally drove to Nelson. Formerly known as Eldorado, this ghost town is truly a sight to behold.  Aside from the rattlesnake scares and the 100+ degrees, it was pretty nifty! Make sure you go into the general store and talk to the people who bought the town. They are full of interesting information. You can also tour the nearby Techatticup Mine (which I didn’t do this time but will.)

This is only a portion of the pics I took, so keep an eye out for part two in the near future.
